The refurbishment and expansion of Hope City Church in Brampton was an exciting and diverse project enabling us to create different spaces for the varying needs of the congregation. This included a large new daycare space, youth areas, café, seating area and washrooms. Working in collaboration with Berkim Construction, Reinders + Law Architects and West Arbor for millwork, this bright open space came together beautifully. Working with the clients brand colours or orange, teal and navy this welcoming space has something for everyone.

This stunning renovation in Oakville required the old house to be completed gutted and reconfigured to create a more open, spacious and modern home. We combined the kitchen and dining room to create a large eat in kitchen, and made the doorway between the hall and living room wider to open up the space. With a calm, bright colour palette, warm wood and lots of textures this house has transformed into a warm inviting home.

The new office for RE/MAX Specialists in Georgetown incorporated a moodier theme over the three floors, with rich maple wood, dark, dramatic stone, textured navy wallpaper and black hardware. Glass walls make the rooms feel bright and inviting with spacious offices and boardrooms for the agents to use and clients to visit.

This stunning New England style home was renovated from top to bottom. Selecting a calm, soft colour palette and using it throughout the property gives the space great flow. Walls were opened up and new flooring laid. Custom furniture was mixed with a few existing pieces, and the whole home was accessorized with the neutral and pale blues of the beach. Rustic woods and nautical touches helped enhance the theme, and added character and texture to the space.

The lobby renovation at Bloor had a huge impact. The existing lobby had been very dark, with a yellow and brown colour scheme, brown tinted mirrors and pink granite flooring and planters. After carefully researching the demographic of the building we went with a classic, yet transitional design. By adding wainscoting, a feature fireplace, stunning lighting and furniture, along with a neutral colour scheme, we gave the space a timeless feel. The elevator lobby had a custom design tiled floor pattern to distinguish the space, and the corridors and suite doors on that floor were updated to compliment the scheme.

The corridor renovation at Fort York required new carpet and wall coverings to make the space more durable and fit for purpose. The contemporary design of this building called for clean lines and a continuation of the colour scheme used throughout the rest of the building. Textured, vinyl wallcoverings in grey and white were selected for the walls and a custom designed carpet for the floors. The elevator area was accentuated by a border in the darkest colour from the carpet to make it distinguishable to those living on the floor.

Waterdown Restaurant

Waterdown Restaurant Renovation

This renovation in Waterdown went from 50's diner to modern rustic family restaurant. The suspended panels hanging from the ceiling create visual interest with the subtle colour differences and heights. The shiplap walls and stone fireplace create warmth and a welcoming feel. The contrasting textured wallcoverings help define the space, and the rich wood furniture completes the look. The bar area was added at the far end to add to the evening entertainment experience. Room Utopia Interiors updated the bathrooms to compliment the overall look.
